The additional text "Doctor - out!" completes the artwork and reinforces the dynamic and comedic quality of the piece. The stunned and surprised army official functions as 'us' the viewer, when watching the sequence, we too are surprised and shocked at the Doctor's need for a dramatic exit.
This stamp has been deftly made and I for one am pleased that it exists especially when signing off on a comment or making a point.
